CHG has reached another important milestone in one of our coating line projects in Dubai, UAE. The equipment has been successfully delivered to the customer’s site, and the project has now entered the on-site installation stage.

Following the completion of equipment manufacturing, inspection, packing, and international shipment, the main equipment and system components have arrived safely at the project location. Installation work is currently being carried out according to the planned layout and project schedule.

From Manufacturing to On-Site Installation

For an overseas coating line project, successful delivery involves much more than equipment manufacturing. The complete process requires close coordination between engineering design, production, packing, international logistics, site preparation, installation, and commissioning.

Before shipment, the equipment was prepared and packed according to the requirements of international transportation. After arrival in Dubai, the project moved into the installation phase, where the equipment will be positioned and assembled according to the approved layout and technical design.

Supporting Overseas Coating Line Projects

For overseas projects, equipment design and manufacturing are only part of the complete delivery process. Installation coordination, commissioning, operator training, and technical support are also important steps before the production line is put into operation.

Next Step: Installation and Commissioning

The Dubai project is currently under installation. After the mechanical and electrical installation is completed, the project will proceed to system inspection, commissioning, and production testing.

CHG will continue to coordinate with the project team to support the remaining installation and commissioning work.
