Automotive Powder Coating Line

The line integrates multiple functional sections, including elevator-assisted loading, multi-stage pretreatment (pre-degreasing, degreasing, rinsing, conversion treatment, and air blowing), drying, cooling, powder application under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, curing, forced cooling, and manual unloading.

Constructed with a combination of stainless steel and PVC spray booths, the system provides excellent durability and chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing a variety of materials such as aluminum alloys and steel sheets, ensuring broad application flexibility across different automotive parts.

The coating process combines automated spraying for uniform deposition with manual touch-up stations for detailed finishing, ensuring complete coverage even on complex geometries and recessed areas.

Powder Coating Process Overview
